Maybe you could try to make a p premium version with more ecchi stuff for Patreons and release the original and more normal version for everyone?
I've seen this strategy working for other projects.
I want to buy the steam DLC, but in my country is a little too much to pay, not the devs falt but simple how economy works, but a shame nonetheless.
